How it works

Three steps, and we do two of them.

  1. Tell us what you’re shipping

    WhatsApp or email. Make, model, year — or dimensions if it isn’t a vehicle. We come back with a rate.

  2. Deliver it to the terminal

    3001 NW South River Drive, with the title, at least 72 hours before we sail.

  3. We photograph, load and deliver

    Condition recorded at the gate, lashed for sea, discharged at Arawak Cay the next morning.

Good to know

The things people ask us first.

  • Title in the shipper’s name, presented with the vehicle to US Customs 72 hours before sailing.
  • Vehicles travel empty. Personal effects cannot be carried inside them.
  • Maximum height 14 ft 2 in. Taller than that and we quote it a different way.
  • Over ten years old? Bahamas Customs requires Ministry of Finance approval and applies a 20% environmental levy.
  • Clearance in Nassau is handled by a licensed Bahamian customs broker — nobody self-files.
  • Duty, VAT and levies are payable by the consignee and are not included in our rates.
